Patient Information

First Visit

Financial Options

Your new patient appointment will consist of an examination by Dr. Ward. He will review your medical and dental history. This is an opportunity to get to know you and your dental needs. Plus, this time gives you a chance to meet our staff and find out more about our office.

After the examination, our treatment coordinator will review your custom treatment plan that is specific to your needs and to the overall health of your mouth. Then the patient coordinator will go over what is to be expected at each appointment, fees, and answer any other questions you may have.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation visit.
